Ordered several Quantum pedestals for a project. Kate at Rolec was amazing and helped implement our bespoke design into their manufacture process. Delivery was quick and both ourselves and the client are happy with the end product. Would definitely use them again.

Rolec customer service has been fantastic. When I first contacted them about 5 chargers and possibly more over time, Becky, who took care of my request was brilliant. Very informative and accurate with the information regarding my requirement and quick to respond to my many emails, sending off various versions of my personalised designs and being patient with us while we decide. All in all I am very happy to place an order for some Rolec EVs with the help from Becky.

Technical Support - Non Existent. I would strongly urge anyone considering using Rolec to reconsider. We have three bollards at our business park with two chargers on each. I cannot remember a time when all 6 worked and currently for the last week non have (which is not a first). The app is easy to use but if something goes wrong you are screwed. You can be on hold for over and hour to support and still not get through. If you get put through to the switchboard you’ll get someone with an attitude problem offering you a call back that I’m my experience will never come. Having rubbish support is fine if your product is rock solid. But with a product that fails this much it is a must avoid!!

Recently got a QUBEV installed, so far it works great with the option to download an app to schedule charging and see usage and wattage. The user manual is super easy to understand. I got the untethered version as I needed a 10m cable due to the awkward location of my parking space. Highly recommend from my recent experience.
