Good charger cheap, safe and reliable. I am using it six years with no issues, if I would purchase again another charger it will be from the same company. I recommend it

Bought a long cable so that I could charge wherever, even if the charger was blocked. I’ve used the cable weekly and there’s never been a problem. I’ve recommended these to so many people new to EVs it’s insane.

Following a fault with one of the current operated trips not resetting on a 16amp caravan metered connection socket, we contacted Danielle at EV One Stop. With a couple of quick emails confirming the issue we had confirmation that a new trip would be posted out and this arrived the next day and was fitted on the same day. Excellent service from EVOneStop. Waited 8 weeks for market leader PodPoint to do this and got nowhere. Still chasing daily for my refund and they’re not answering emails. Within the space of 48 hours I had built a custom wall pod in my specified colour and cable length and installed it myself (except for the termination by qualified electrician at each end).

Excellent company. The online helper sent me the link for the vehicle we needed it for. Ordered it about 14:00 on the Monday and it arrived lunchtime Tuesday. The prices are excellent as we are a used car dealer and finding that more and more hybrids are finding their war in to our stock list however many do not come with the charger cables for whatever reason. We will be a returning customer for sure.

Great service, arrived on time and without any difficulty. My electrician was impressed with the price. Online help was offered from friendly staff but this was not needed!
